After applying for any type of PAN (Permanent Account Number) or pancard application in India, each applicant is ultimately issued Acknowledgement No. (If application is processed by NSDL) or Coupon Number (If application is processed by UTI). It does not make any difference whether application is made online or offline or through any private service provider for pan card complaint.

PAN CARD COMPLAINT : After getting this  Acknowledgement No. or Coupon Number, every applicant can know latest status of his / her pan application stage by stage. Status can also be checked by name and Date Of Birth in absence of Acknowledgement No. or Coupon Number. But it is advised that status should not be checked within 3 days from the date of receipt containing Acknowledgement No. or Coupon Number which is the only final proof that your application has been processed at it’s first official step.

If  at any point of time, applicant feels that his application is being delayed or held-up at any stage or applicant is under urgent need, the application should follow-up with his / her service provider / NSDL / UTI etc and he / she  should also lodge the online pan card complaint if the applicant is not satisfied.

    I had applied for pan card last year but i didn’t get it in my hand and when i enquired at the post office they informed me that it has been returned back due to lock at my residence.

    Hence i request you to help me how to get the same back.

    sir, i applied for pan card last month in status its showing date of birth is not matched. now i made a correction in Aadhar card to display of my DATE OF BIRTH & how can i upload/ submit to them, how much time period they give me to upload relevant documentation.     I am Dolkar LHAMO. I applied for pan card and I didn’t get it. When i was outof station my place and house owner rejected my pan card for two time.
